Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@topfives.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, email us.
